I was interviewed for NHK News’ “Good Morning Japan.”

The other day, at our booth at the “International Frontier Industry Messe 2023” held in Kobe, we were interviewed by NHK, and footage of that was broadcast on the morning news program “Ohayo Nippon (Ohayobiz)”.

Despite the limited number of hydrogen stations currently available, the program featured ABILITY’s cartridges as a portable hydrogen solution that can be carried around “like a dry cell battery.”

The cartridge weighs approximately 8 kg. We plan for a single cartridge to enable travel of about 100 km, envisioning its use not only in fuel cell vehicles but also in various mobility applications such as drones.

The process of actually inserting a refilled cartridge for easy reuse was also clearly demonstrated. The appeal of simple fuel replacement and the fact that it is designed to meet safety standards comparable to those for gas cylinders used in standard household stoves were clearly covered in this report.

Exhibiting at the “International Frontier Industry Messe 2023”

ABILITY Inc. will exhibit its atmospheric pressure hydrogen cartridges and a concept vehicle for future hydrogen fuel cell vehicles (FCVs) at the International Frontier Industry Messe 2023, held at Kobe International Exhibition Hall on September 7th and 8th.

Under the theme “Hydrogen Moves the World,” we will be displaying non-hazardous atmospheric pressure hydrogen cartridges and a concept car utilizing these cartridges. These exhibits will be available for viewing throughout the event. We warmly invite you to visit our booth.

Plug and Play Japan Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo), entrusted by Aichi Prefecture (Governor: Hideaki Omura) to implement the “Singapore Startup Ecosystem Collaboration Project,” has selected three startups originating from Aichi Prefecture to exhibit at SWITCH 2023* as part of its “Support for Exhibiting at Events in Singapore” initiative, following a review and consultation process.

ABILITY Inc. has been selected as one of these companies and will exhibit at SWITCH 2023 in Singapore. Through this exhibition, we will strive to build an ecosystem where companies and startups can collaborate and realize our vision of “a society where anyone can utilize hydrogen anytime, anywhere.”
